This shoot was a continuation of the work I did in the spring with AMVAC. This time we went to Blackfoot, Idaho to shoot the great potato harvest in the largest potato growing area of America. And let me tell you, you've never seen potatoes until you've stood atop a 6,000,000 pound mound of potatoes (and climbing up Mount Potato is no easy feat!). Just to give you some perspective, it would take one person eating 164 pounds of potatoes every day for 1000 years to consume 6,000,000 pounds of potatoes. My favorite thing to with potatoes is to grate them up and put them in a waffle maker... waffle hashbrowns... amazing!
